Match Report
A change of venue, due to the refurbishment of Storm’s home court, saw Troon travel to Springburn LC.
A couple of the Troon players got lost on the way to the venue and turn up at the start of the game. They arrived to see Storm dominate the first half with aggressive defence leading to lots of stops and breakaway layups. Storm looked like they were going to take this game early as they finished the half 20 points up.
The third quarter saw Troon show a lot of spirit and got it to as close a 9 point before Storm saw out the game in the fourth, winning by 14.
Summary – Storm’s first half performance was the best they have played all season. Down to the fact they played defence well and worked for each other
