Match Report
Storm travelled to the police college to take on SPRA, and after a game tape session, looked relaxed and ready for the game!
The first quarter was close, both teams trying to test each other for weaknesses, but SPRA showed their versability and speed to get some high percentage looks, when the Thunder defence lapsed
The second quarter showed some of the same, but Storm done a good job finding their own offensive game a little more, some 3 pointers from SPRA's Zoe Fraser extended the police lead going into the 2nd half
In the 3rd Quarter, Thunder played much better transition defence, and began attacking the basket offensivly, making some layups and hitting some mid range jump shots
After being down 20, Thunder made a great comeback and brought it to 10, but SPRA showed good focus and maintained their fitness long enough to see out the game. And a last 2 minute burst made the score appear worse for Storm, but the score didnt reflect the game for us
Good job coming back Thunder, plenty positives to take from the game
