Match Report
For the second game in a row, 1B suffered from a lack of a full squad.
PSG arrived with a deep bench and a couple of new players from last season.
It was a slow first quarter finishing 10-7 to 1B - the 2nd was not much different except PSG stepped up defensively and starting converting a few more offences - the half finished 23-18 to PSG.
The rousing half-time rant seemed to have an adverse effect with 1B contributing a measly 6 points in the third quarter. PSG seized their opportunity and their 19 point quarter saw them extend their lead to 42-24!
The 4th Quarter finally saw 1B click (which happens all too often) and a 23 point quarter saw the beginnings of a comeback - unfortunately PSG still managed 15 points and won the game 57-47.
A frustrating night against the league leaders who move to 5-0; not a game that should have been won - but certainly one that 1B should have been fighting for for 40mins and the result would likely have been a lot closer.
